Covered for the worst case scenario
Secure your booking with the BALLFREUNDE Travel Protection and do not take any risks in case of illness, injury, quarantine or other illness-related cancellations. By presenting a quality medical certificate, you will be reimbursed for all participant costs already paid.
The BALLFREUNDE travel insurance can only be booked for the entire group and can be taken out at the latest 2 weeks before the start of the tournament. The claim must be made incl. a qualitative medical certificate by no later than 4 pm on the day before the tournament be notified to us in writing (by e-mail).
Reimbursement of costs is unfortunately not possible without presentation of a qualified medical certificate. Reimbursement of costs applies to the respective person(s) who can present a qualified medical certificate plus one parent per person covered.

10,00 € per person in all other accommodation categories
Tournaments with 3 or more overnight stays
15,00 € per person in all offered accommodation categories
additional 5,00 € per person when booking a BALLFREUNDE bus journey

We will reserve a starting place for you for 3 weeks without obligation, so that you can discuss everything with the players and parents in peace. You can request information about the respective tournament via various channels. Give us a call, send us an email or simply write to us via WhatsApp. Alternatively, we can present the tournament to you and your fellow coaches in a video presentation.
