The BALLFREUNDE travel insurance can only be booked for the entire group and can be taken out no later than 2 weeks before the start of the tournament. We must be notified in writing (by e-mail) of the claim, including a high-quality medical certificate, no later than 4 pm on the day before the tournament.

Reimbursement of costs is unfortunately not possible without presentation of a qualified medical certificate. Reimbursement of costs applies to the respective person(s) who can present a qualified medical certificate plus one parent per person covered.
