Easter madness 2026: A season opener in a class of its own!

What a start to the tournament season!
While others were still looking for Easter eggs, our courses all over Europe were already fighting for every centimetre. From the picturesque facilities on the southern shore of Lake Garda to the sunny Copa Daurada in Salou. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic everywhere.
The games were played in impressive locations: The Adria Cup took place in Lignano Sabbiadoro, the first Beach Soccer Cup 2026 was played directly on the beach in Cavallino, while the German Football Festival in Berlin and the Easter Munich Cup in Munich brought the big cities to life.
The games were played in impressive locations: The Adria Cup took place in Lignano Sabbiadoro, the first Beach Soccer Cup 2026 was played directly on the beach in Cavallino, while the German Football Festival in Berlin and the Easter Munich Cup in Munich brought the big cities to life.
Community and goosebump moments
With almost 350 teams, we set a new milestone over the Easter holidays. It was impressive to see how much passion, fair play and team spirit you filled the pitches with. A huge thank you to all the players, coaches and travelling fans who made this weekend an unforgettable experience!
In addition to first-class sport on well-maintained facilities, the main focus was on socialising. Whether it was eating pizza together in Italy, taking a walk on the beach in Salou or talking shop between matches, the Ballfreunde spirit could be felt everywhere.
We are now taking this energy with us into the coming weeks! The bar is set high and we can hardly wait to shift into the next gear with you in the mini World Cup series from Ascension Day.
